Credentials
Old Hat Auctions' founder, Stephanie Reeves, began auctioning in the early '80s while managing a large antiques store from 1975 to 1997. Over time, her focus shifted exclusively to appraisals, estate sales and auctions, and the retail outlet was no longer necessary.
At Old Hat Auctions, we believe good auctioneers don't cost you money... they make you money! We charge a flat 25% fee for consignments and there are no additional charges for photography or advertising. We thoroughly research every item for proper identification and compose accurate descriptions to maximize sales potential.
Then, we use one of the most powerful tools available--we put your items on the Internet where thousands of potential bidders can preview and bid on your items. How effective is the Internet? Our catalogs are viewed up to 64,000 times!
