All items forwarded to a shipper/handler will be at the purchaser's risk. Shipping will be handled by a professional Shipping Company of Buyer's Choice. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will pay actual shipping, packing and insurance costs as charged by the professional company of his/her choice. Buyer should request a shipping quote prior to bidding.

Please do not bid on IVORY items if you reside outside the United States, International law prohibits their shipment.

As stated in our Terms, nothing in a lot may be moved from its location prior to being paid for by Buyer and Buyer must present a paid receipt. All lots must be removed from the auction site by the designated date (see specific auction information). Shipping Arrangements for any item purchased through the internet on EbayLiveAuctions.com, by phone, live bid, or absentee bid, must be made within 10 (ten) business days. Any lot not removed from the site within this time will be deemed abandoned and be promptly disposed of or resold for Auctioneer's account. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Gallery shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) enforce payment by civil action or other proceedings against the buyer; (b) to void the sale as if said sale had not occurred; or (c) to exercise any other remedy or remedies available under the law, including but not limited to a second sale of said item, including the subsequent enforcement of any deficiency against the initial buyer.
